9:25 AM - 02.24.2004 Anyways, I have some complaining to do, so here's your chance to stop reading now. Three, two, one... For the past few weeks at work, we have all been hearing about hours being cut because of budget restraints. At the time I didn't really care because at the most, I figured they would only take maybe a half hour or so. Boy was I wrong. Yesterday Tammy came down and gave me my schedule along with everyone else's. They cut me 3 fucking hours a day! 15 fucking hours a week! Grrrr! I was so mad yesterday. I just didn't know what to do with myself. It looks like I'll be on the search for another job soon. Or at least a part-time one. *sigh* Just wonderful. So yeah. Woohoo. My life sucks. Just as I was starting to save for my own apartment, something like this had to happen. Fuck, fuck, fuck. But on to better things.. I had a good weekend at least. Saturday Charlie and I opened up our joint checking account, had Applebee's for lunch (which was absolutely incredible!!), went to the Lehigh Valley mall, checked out unclaimed freight for the hell of it, and then went home for the night. We didn't get too much accomplished, but we had fun just being together. Sunday we had a lot more fun to say the least. Around 2 we went to visit Paco at work, and then headed to his house to meet up with Charlie and Paco's friend Dusty. After we all met up, we went over to Matt's house. Throughout the duration of the night, we were joined by this girl, Lindsay, and then Aaron (who lives there also), Chuck (*sigh* so cute), & Dante (he also lives there). We all sat around bullshitted, and I found out that Lindsay is cousins with one of the guy I used to go to Elementary school with. Ah! I was so excited! I told her to tell him I said hi. So hopefully, I'll get to see him one of these days soon. And that was the highlight of my weekend. So besides the hour cuts, I'm just dandy.
