10:15 AM - 02.19.2004 I missed work yesterday partly because of this fucking tooth! I called off of work because my face felt like it was going to fall off from all the pain. I ended up going up to Amy's for a little while and when I got back into Easton around 4:00, I decided to go into work because I was feeling a little better. Today I have a dentist appointment for 11:50, so more missed work. Just what I needed. But on the money front, I do have some good news... My income tax check is going to be about $280 and I'm getting a check from financial aid for $287. Woohoo! $567 going into the bank for Charlie and I already. Awesome way to start off I think. Anyways, bad news on Charlie's work situtation. The fact that he drives an hour and a half to work and the same on the way home doesn't help. He's exhausted from the drive. Then he works all day. He can't physically do it and his boss says that he needs to start working "above and beyond." *sigh* His boss does have a right to say it because it's true, Charlie is not working to his full potential, but he can't physically handle what this job requires him to do. And I'm just praying he at least gets through a couple more months or so. Then we'll be okay. I can only hope. Off to my dentist appointment I go. LaLaLa.
